①Laminating process: Laminating process is a surface processing technology after packaging and printing. It refers to a packaging processing technology formed by covering the surface of the package with a layer of transparent plastic film with a laminating machine.
②Foil hot stamping process: The hot stamping process refers to the need for hot stamping or hot stamping of silver patterns to make a relief plate and heat it, then place the aluminum foil paper of the desired color on the printed matter, and pressurize the aluminum foil to adhere to the printed matter.
③UV anti-metal etching printing process: This process is also called matte or sand printing. After printing a layer of uneven translucent ink on the substrate with metal mirror gloss such as gold and silver cardboard, it passes through UV ( (Ultraviolet light) solidification produces a similar effect as a bright metal surface has been etched or frosted. ⑤Gravure printing: Contrary to relief printing, the graphics and text of the printing plate are lower than the non-graphic parts, forming a groove shape. The way of adding ink is to cover the ink in the groove, and there is no ink on the surface of the printing plate, and the paper is covered on the upper part of the printing plate. The printing plate and the paper are pressurized to transfer the ink from the concave part of the printing plate to the paper. The characteristics of this process are: bright colors, thick ink layer, high printing resistance, stable printing quality, and fast speed in the printing process. It is widely quoted in actual printing.
